Coach Walley is a native of Rusk.  Graduating from RHS and then from Stephen F. Austin with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology.  Coach Walley retired in 2021 from Rusk after coaching for 30+ years.  Coach Walley has coached in Rusk, Jacksonville, The Brook Hill School in Bullard and Westwood. During this time she has coached volleyball, basketball, softball and track at all levels.  She is so excited for the opportunity to head up the Lady Eagles this year.  They are looking forward to a positive and productive season.  

Coach Walley is supported by her son Brody & Jerri Walley, daughter Jodi and Dustin Crosby.  Grandkids Bentley (9th), Katy (7th) and Baillie (6th) and bonus grandkids  Aubree (11th), Lainee (9th) and Paislee (5th) Garner.  

Coach Walley believes that coaching allows us to not only teach sports and sportsmanship but gives you the opportunity to teach life lessons to our youth.  Coach Walley said there is no greater compliment than to have five former students working on her staff. (Brummett, Stover, Hart, Foreman & Morin)
