Evan Beaton
Evan Beaton, born and raised in Whitehouse, Texas, is a dedicated coach, mentor, and humble Christ follower who strives to love people as we have first been loved. A graduate of East Texas Baptist University with a Bachelor of Science in Education, Coach Beaton was a four-year letterman for the ETBU Tigers football team, earning All-Conference honors as a defensive tackle in his final two seasons. It was during his time at ETBU that he met his beautiful wife, Haley, and together they have been married for 14 years, raising three boys—Brayden (11), Brooks (9), and Beckett (1). With a coaching career that has included stops at Copperas Cove, Whitehouse, Tyler Legacy, Tyler Chapel Hill, and most recently serving as Defensive Coordinator at Arp High School, Coach Beaton brings both experience and passion to the field. Beyond football, his greatest calling is to influence and mentor young people for the sake of the Kingdom. “My family and I are beyond blessed to have the opportunity to join this coaching staff, school district, and community,” says Coach Beaton, who is eager to make a lasting impact both on and off the field.
