I am Coach Foreman, a high school girls’ basketball and track coach with a passion for athletics that began when I started playing basketball in the first grade. After playing sports for many years, I have now been coaching for five years and enjoy helping young athletes grow both on and off the court and track. As a graduate of Rusk High School, Class of 2020, I am proud to give back to the community that helped shape me. I am currently pursuing a degree in Education, which further supports my passion for working with and encouraging young people. Through coaching, I focus on developing my athletes’ skills, confidence, teamwork, discipline, and love for sports while helping each athlete reach their full potential.
