A proud graduate of Rusk High School (2017), Trevor Lee has dedicated his life to developing young athletes not just in skill, but in character. With a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from TJC and SFA, Trevor brings a strategic mindset to the field, combining leadership and discipline to foster growth in every individual he mentors.

Since joining Rusk Junior High in 2021, Trevor has built a reputation as a coach who leads by example. Whether on the football field, basketball court, or course, he challenges his athletes to push beyond their limits, teaching them the importance of hard work, perseverance, and dedication. But it’s not just about results—it's about enjoying the journey. Trevor believes that the road to greatness should be fueled by passion, resilience, and the joy of daily progress.

For Trevor, coaching isn’t a job—it’s a calling. He strives to inspire athletes to not only be their best on game day, but to carry those lessons into every aspect of their lives. Driven by a relentless desire to improve both his athletes and himself, Trevor is committed to setting new standards of excellence, building strong foundations for the athletes of tomorrow.

Outside of the gym and field, Trevor is a proud husband to Grace Lee, his wife of seven years, and a doting father to their son, Bennett Lee. His family is a constant source of motivation, driving him to be the best version of himself—both as a coach and a man.
