Coach Trevor Lee is entering his fifth year at Rusk Junior High, where he serves as the Junior High Boys Athletic Coordinator and coaches multiple sports throughout the school year. A proud 2017 graduate of Rusk High School and graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University, Coach Lee is honored to have the opportunity to give back to the community that helped shape him. His coaching philosophy emphasizes developing student-athletes who are tough, disciplined, detailed, and team-first while building a culture of character, leadership, accountability, and relentless effort. Around the athletic department, Coach Lee has earned a reputation as one of the hardest-working coaches on campus through his commitment to serving students, supporting fellow coaches, and continually working to improve the athletic program. Outside of athletics, Coach Lee enjoys spending time with his wife, Grace, and their son, Bennett. He is grateful to be part of the Rusk ISD family and looks forward to continuing to invest in the success of its student-athletes and the future of the Eagle athletic program.
