Cody Welch is entering his second year at Rusk High School, where he is dedicated to developing student-athletes both on and off the field. Originally from Arp, Texas, Cody has built his coaching career around a passion for mentoring young people, fostering teamwork, and pursuing excellence. Before joining Rusk, Cody coached at Arp, Bullard, Pine Tree, and Whitehouse, gaining valuable experience at each stop and helping build successful athletic programs. Cody and his wife, Autumn, are proud parents of two sons, Rush and Nash. Family is at the center of everything he does, and he values the opportunity to positively impact the lives of students while serving the East Texas community.
