I grew up in Liberty Hill, TX and graduated from the University of Texas with a masters degree in accounting. Following a short career in accounting I entered the teaching and coaching profession. I have never regretted this change as I have found my purpose in teaching and coaching. I am now entering my 19th year in education and 1st year at Rusk ISD. I teach History and coach girls basketball and track and am committed to developing students and athletes. I am married to Shakoya Cunningham and together we have 8 kids. I am excited for my family to be at Rusk!
